Born 15th of May 1981 in Weinheim/Germany,
Since 1985 resident in Ludwigsburg
Instruments: Vocalist, electric guitar,

Since 1996 I learn to play guitar mainly autodidactically. Across the years I have taken lessons for short periods with Calo Rapallo, Fabiano Pereira, Peter Schmitt and Hüseyin Şahin. Parallel I started being regularly on stage with saz player Hüseyin Temiz mainly playing turkish folk and pop songs on events.

From 2006 to 2013 I joined the band „Mágica Fe“ with Fabian Wendt (bassist of Philipp Poisel), Zura Dzagnize (guitarist of Veli Ulevi with Russudan Meipariani and of Lakvar with Hajnalka Péter) and Debora Vilchez (vocalist and percussionist of Orchester der Kulturen). We played live concerts at Umsonst und Draußen Festival Stuttgart, Bixx Jazz Club, Kiste, Merlin Kultur, Wagenhallen, Radio Sthoerfunk Schwäbisch Hall, Tollhaus Karlsruhe and more.

2007 with the band Liman (forerunner before Limanja) together with Hüseyin Temiz we won the german music award “Deutscher Rock- und Pop Preis” the first time. Category: best arrangement.

2009 Album release with Mágica Fe

2009-2011 I worked 2 years as a private and music school guitar teacher at Musikschule Eberhard in Stuttgart.

2010 Album release with Limanja. The same year Limanja received the german music award “Deutscher Rock- und Pop Preis” in the categories best fusion band and best experimental band. Furthermore we got the Manfred Rommel Preis cultural support award. These awards helped to have better media presence and to have several live concerts the following years at Festival der Kulturen Stuttgart, Wagenhallen, Laboratorium, Made in Stuttgart Festival Theaterhaus Stuttgart, Interkulturelles Fest Ludwigsburg, Merlin Kultur, Musiknacht Bad Cannstatt, Musiknacht Waiblingen, Umsonst & Draußen Festival Stuttgart, Summer Stage Stuttgart, Freiheizhalle München and many more.

2011 Limanja was officially honored by the city of Ludwigsburg for the awards.

2014 Limanja won the Deutscher Rock- und Pop Preis award for best world music album.

2016 Together with guitarist and songwriter Andreas Nemeth we founded the progressive rock band Shaman of Metropolis.
